Generosity can take many forms. Donated goods, services, venues, equipment, and professional expertise can reduce program costs and help volunteers accomplish more.

Potential in-kind needs may include:
- Event supplies and equipment
- Food and refreshments
- Venue access
- Printing, signage, photography, or design
- Transportation or logistical help
- Technology and professional services
- Cultural materials or archival preservation support
Please Coordinate First
Do not purchase, deliver, or publicly announce an in-kind contribution before contacting the Council. Needs change, storage is limited, some items create safety or handling obligations, and the Council may require approval before accepting a gift or recognizing a donor.
The Council cannot promise a tax valuation. Donors are responsible for documenting the value of contributed goods or services and obtaining their own tax guidance.
