Donor Trust
The Filipino-American Council of the Mississippi Gulf Coast is organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
Council funds must be used for mission-aligned purposes. No part of net earnings may benefit private individuals except as permitted by law for legitimate services, reimbursements, or charitable distributions.
Zeffy provides the transaction confirmation and any receipt information associated with the donation. Donors should retain those records and consult their own tax adviser regarding deductibility.
